Deck overview

Ghalta the Unstoppable commands a focused mono-green Stompy deck designed to accelerate mana, deploy resilient high-power creatures, and overwhelm opponents with trampling combat damage. The primary strategy utilizes efficient early ramp to land four-to-six power creatures by Turn 4. These mid-sized threats reduce the commander's casting cost, enabling a Turn 5 deployment of Ghalta as an 8/8 trampler that gives all friendly creatures trample. The deck leverages power-scaling card draw spells like Rishkar's Expertise and Return of the Wildspeaker to refill its hand while snowballing board presence. Without infinite combos or hard stax locks, the deck relies on direct combat pressure across consecutive turns to eliminate opponents by Turn 8. High-toughness threats and protective spells like Heroic Intervention offer resilience, though the deck remains vulnerable to repeated board wipes and lacks creature tutors to find specific silver bullets.
