Deck overview

This Azorius deck pairs Spirit tribal synergies with the blink engine of Brago, King Eternal. It curves out early with low-cost evasive creatures like Clarion Spirit, Mausoleum Wanderer, and Drogskol Captain, then casts Brago to reset enter-the-battlefield abilities and untap utility permanents upon dealing combat damage. Anthems such as Empyrean Eagle, Glorious Anthem, and Rally the Ranks turn small flyers into a formidable aerial clock, while creatures like Nebelgast Herald, Shacklegeist, and Dungeon Geists lock down opposing blockers and attackers. Because the deck eschews fast mana and infinite combos, it wins through sustained combat damage over several turn cycles. Tribal protection cards like Selfless Spirit and Rattlechains help guard the board against board wipes and targeted removal.
