Bilo Theft by SCHWARZY156

Format: Commander

Commander: Bilbo, Thief in the Night

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Bilbo, Thief in the Night is a single-faced mono-blue theft-and-graveyard value commander. The primary plan is to mill cards, then use Bilbo's attack trigger to cast artifacts, instants, and sorceries from the graveyard at a discount while stealing opponents' permanents with Agent of Treachery, Blatant Thievery, and Bribery. Secondary paths are an artifact-ramp engine built around Urza, Lord High Artificer (a hidden commander) and a voltron finish on Bilbo using Blackblade Reforged, Bilbo's Ring, and Mithril Coat. Bilbo is the recursion engine and occasional combatant; the deck does not need him to combo, but losing him slows the graveyard plan significantly.
