No, not a graveyard, a wincon. by sloth_king

Format: Commander

Commander: Winter, Cynical Opportunist

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Winter, Cynical Opportunist leads a self-mill graveyard deck that turns milling into a reanimation engine. The primary plan is to fill the graveyard quickly with Stitcher's Supplier, Skull Prophet, Grisly Salvage, and Winter's attack trigger, reach delirium, then use Winter's end-step ability to return a permanent with a finality counter. Secondary paths are oversized combat threats such as Lord of Extinction, Madame Hydra, and Hogaak, plus Syr Konrad's drain triggers. The commander is the most efficient repeatable reanimation source, while Buried Alive and Reanimate give a fast spike. There is no infinite combo; the deck wins through incremental value and combat. No hidden commander exists in the 99; DFC legendary payoffs such as Exdeath and Grist are incidental value pieces.
