This deck is a highly optimized Golgari Elfball strategy helmed by Lathril, Blade of the Elves. While Lathril provides a powerful token-generation engine and a built-in life-drain win condition in the command zone, the deck is secretly a high-power combo powerhouse. The primary game plan leverages explosive mana dorks to rapidly accelerate, utilizing premium tutors to assemble game-ending loops. The deck features the highly efficient Witherbloom Apprentice + Chain of Smog combo alongside infinite mana lines using Staff of Domination or Umbral Mantle paired with big-mana dorks like Priest of Titania or Marwyn, the Nurturer. If combos are disrupted, the deck easily pivots to classic Elfball combat finishers like Craterhoof Behemoth or Triumph of the Hordes.
