Deck overview

This deck is a specialized 5-color Polymorph strategy commanded by Codie, Vociferous Codex. The 99 contains zero permanent cards other than six game-ending behemoths, a minimal artifact/enchantment package, and lands. By leveraging token-generating instants and sorceries, the deck sidesteps Codie's restriction against casting permanents. Activating Codie generates five colors of mana and guarantees that any 1-mana spell cascades into Profane Tutor, immediately finding Divergent Transformations, Mass Polymorph, or Polymorph. When resolved, these spells exile Codie and disposable tokens to put massive threats directly onto the battlefield, including Blightsteel Colossus, Krang, Utrom Warlord, Jin-Gitaxias, Progress Tyrant, Toxrill, the Corrosive, Archon of Cruelty, and Raph & Mikey, Troublemakers. Krang, Utrom Warlord grants immediate haste, flying, and trample to artifact creatures, allowing an instant one-shot lethal attack with Blightsteel Colossus on turn 4, while Praetor and Slug triggers lock down opposing interaction and boards.
