Ultra Budget - $15 Feather Blink by JumblyWumbly

Format: Commander

Commander: Feather, the Redeemed

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a Boros Feather value deck built around Feather, the Redeemed as a repeatable recursion engine. The primary plan is to cast Feather on turn 3, then chain cheap instants that target your own creatures - Expedite, Defiant Strike, Shelter, Gods Willing - drawing cards and returning the spells each end step to grind advantage while protecting the board. Wins come from incremental noncombat damage (Guttersnipe, Thermo-Alchemist, Mysidian Elder, Fear of Burning Alive) plus go-wide combat with tokens from Blade Splicer, Evangel of Heliod, Lena and Sally Pride. Zada, Hedron Grinder acts as the hidden commander, copying single-target spells across your whole board, with Leyline of Resonance as a second copy effect.
