Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Dimir Ninja tempo burn list commanded by Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow. The primary game plan is to deploy cheap, evasive one-mana creatures on Turn 1 and cheat Yuriko into play on Turn 2 using Commander Ninjutsu. By bypassing both the stack and the commander tax, Yuriko consistently connects in combat to reveal the top card of the library, drawing cards and forcing all opponents to lose life equal to the revealed mana value. The deck accelerates this damage using topdeck tutors and manipulation like Brainstorm, Lim-Dûl's Vault, and Sensei's Divining Top to reveal high-cost cards such as Temporal Trespass and Dig Through Time. A deep suite of free and efficient countermagic protects the aggressive board while extra-turn spells swiftly close out the game.
