Bird Storm by LokiSin

Commander: Kykar, Wind's Fury

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Kykar, Wind's Fury is a Jeskai storm/copy deck built around a low-cost instant/sorcery shell. Kykar generates a Spirit on every noncreature spell, turning each cast into ritual mana and blockers for chaining into Thousand-Year Storm. The primary line is to resolve Thousand-Year Storm and a copy/trigger engine (Veyran, Harmonic Prodigy, Storm-Kiln Artist), then finish with a magnified Grapeshot or Crackle with Power. Vivi Ornitier offers a secondary burn route: with Veyran and Harmonic Prodigy, each noncreature spell deals 3 damage to every opponent. Past in Flames and Underworld Breach add a graveyard-recursion angle, while tutors and cantrips supply consistency. There is no hidden commander; Veyran and Vivi are the deck's engine backups.
