New Untitled Deck by Dharcmatter96

Format: Commander

Commander: Gandalf of the Secret Fire

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a spell-slinger value engine helmed by Gandalf of the Secret Fire. The primary plan is to leverage flash enablers (Leyline of Anticipation, Borne Upon a Wind, Quicken, Gandalf, Friend of the Shire) to cast instants and sorceries during opponents' turns, exiling them with time counters and gaining free future casts via suspend. The commander's ability turns every opponent-turn spell into a delayed card-advantage engine, while magecraft payoffs (Talrand, Sky Summoner, Guttersnipe, Monastery Mentor, Storm-Kiln Artist) build a board of tokens and accumulate incremental burn. The deck wins through a combination of wide token attacks and repeated spell-based drain, with Prismari, the Inspiration and Mizzix's Mastery offering potential storm/spell-copy finishers. It lacks fast combo lines and relies on incremental value accumulation to close out games.
