Deck overview

This Selesnya deck is led by Garnet, Princess of Alexandria, utilizing an innovative Saga-reset engine combined with +1/+1 counter and enchantress synergies. The strategy focuses on casting high-impact Sagas that generate tokens, ramp, draw cards, or exile opposing threats, then attacking with Garnet to remove lore counters. By resetting Sagas to early chapters, the deck re-triggers powerful effects every turn while rapidly growing Garnet into a lethal commander damage threat. Card draw engines like Sythis, Harvest's Hand and Enchantress's Presence ensure a continuous flow of enchantments. The deck establishes a fortified board state through defensive taxes such as Sphere of Safety, while converting counters into evasion via Abzan Falconer and Tuskguard Captain to close games through overwhelming combat damage.
