Deck overview

Admiral Brass, Unsinkable commands a Grixis Pirate typal deck centered on aggressive combat, self-mill, and reanimation. The deck curves low-cost evasive Pirates on the opening turns to establish board presence, generate Treasure tokens with Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator and Captain Lannery Storm, and fill the graveyard through looting effects and Buried Alive. Once Admiral Brass hits the battlefield on Turn 4, she immediately reanimates high-impact threats like Angrath's Marauders, Port Razer, or Dire Fleet Ravager as 4/4 creatures with haste. The mid-game leverages combat triggers from Breeches, Brazen Plunderer and Bident of Thassa to maintain card flow while mass buffs like Shared Animosity and Dire Fleet Neckbreaker amplify damage. While vulnerable to graveyard hate and lacking heavy stack protection, the deck excels at consistent combat pressure, resilient board rebuilding via Patriarch's Bidding, and asymmetric board control through Raise the Palisade and creature theft.
