Deck overview

This five-color spellslinger shell uses Cecily, Haunted Mage's huge hand size and Othelm, Sigardian Outcast's recursion to fuel an instant/sorcery storm game. The primary line builds copy effects-Thousand-Year Storm, Bonus Round, Primal Amulet-with token/treasure generators and then wins via Grapeshot, Tendrils of Agony, Aetherflux Reservoir, or Niv-Mizzet damage. Secondary paths include elder-dragon cascade/casualty value and commander attacks. Cecily is the deck's engine: she draws and occasionally casts a free spell at eleven cards. Othelm protects and recycles key creatures. The hidden commander role belongs to Thousand-Year Storm, the emblem around which the whole plan turns.
