Mutant mayhem by Stephen.smith56

Format: Commander

Commander: Wolverine, Claws Out

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck executes an aggressive mono-green combat strategy centered around Wolverine, Claws Out. Wolverine pressures opponents with unblockable commander damage while automatically doubling the power of attacking Mutants each combat step. The game plan builds early mana and distributes +1/+1 counters across efficient Mutant creatures such as X-23, Deadly Weapon and Michelangelo, Weirdness to 11. Once Wolverine hits the battlefield, cumulative stat buffs scale exponentially upon attacking. The deck closes games either by eliminating players individually through lethal unblockable commander damage or by overwhelming the table with boosted Mutant beaters like Leatherhead, Iron Gator.
