Tiger's Shadow by TenguHangover

Format: Commander

Commander: Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a classic Dimir Ninja tempo-aggro deck helmed by Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow. The plan centers on cheap evasive attackers that enable ninjutsu, putting Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow and a dense suite of Ninjas into play tapped and attacking. Every Ninja connection reveals the top card for card advantage while draining the table for its mana value, turning high-MV cards into direct damage. Secondary value comes from individual Ninja payoffs (Fallen Shinobi, Silent-Blade Oni, Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni, Ingenious Infiltrator) and enablers that guarantee connections (Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive, Cover of Darkness, Rogue's Passage). There are no infinite combos; the deck wins through repeated Yuriko drains backed by combat damage and opportunistic theft. Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow is the primary engine and win condition via her trigger, though the 99 still functions as a evasive beatdown deck if she is answered.
