Deck overview

Fire Lord Azula leads a spell-slinging Grixis combo deck designed to double the value of instant-speed spells during combat. The primary strategy ramps into Azula, attacks to trigger firebending mana, and chains instant rituals, card draw, and burn spells copied by her combat trigger. Engines like Storm-Kiln Artist, Archmage Emeritus, and Birgi convert these copied spells into overwhelming mana and card advantage. The deck closes games through massive multi-target burn spells such as Crackle with Power, Jaya's Immolating Inferno, and Comet Storm, amplified by damage doublers like Torbran and Ojer Axonil, or through infinite bounce and mana loops utilizing Hullbreaker Horror.
