Deck overview

This mono-green stompy deck accelerates early mana to deploy efficient, high-power creatures and cast Ghalta, Primal Hunger for just two green mana as early as Turn 4. The list uses undercosted beaters like Steel Leaf Champion, Pugnacious Hammerskull, and Gigantosaurus to rapidly satisfy Ghalta's power-discount condition. Once on the battlefield, Ghalta's 12/12 trampling frame commands the board, triggers massive power-based card draw through spells like Rishkar's Expertise and Garruk's Uprising, and sets up overwhelming combat steps. Overrun effects such as Overwhelming Stampede and Unnatural Growth convert high creature power into lethal swings that trample over blockers and eliminate opponents across Turns 5 through 7. While the deck boasts immense physical stats, explosive card draw, and fast recovery from creature redundancy, it relies heavily on the combat phase and remains vulnerable to well-timed board sweepers and instant-speed removal.
