Deck overview

This deck is an optimized Golgari aristocrats and token combo strategy helmed by Chatterfang, Squirrel General. The primary game plan accelerates early mana through one-drop mana elves, deploys Chatterfang on Turn 2, and uses dense creature tutors to assemble game-ending infinite loops by Turn 4. The core combo pairs Chatterfang with Pitiless Plunderer, allowing you to sacrifice Squirrels to generate infinite Treasure tokens, infinite Squirrels, and infinite death triggers that immediately drain the table through cards like Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, or Bastion of Remembrance. Backup lines like Ivy Lane Denizen paired with Scurry Oak provide independent win conditions if the commander is unavailable. While the deck boasts immense card draw engines like Skullclamp and Yawgmoth, Thran Physician, and repeatable creature removal from the command zone, it remains vulnerable to instant-speed creature removal and lacks stack interaction against opposing noncreature combos.
