Commander: Gluntch, the Bestower

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a Selesnya group-hug/political strategy helmed by Gluntch, the Bestower. The primary plan is to deploy symmetrical draw engines and mana-ramp effects that benefit the whole table while leveraging a suite of attack deterrents and protection to stay safe. The commander provides +1/+1 counters, cards, and Treasure tokens to chosen players each turn, creating political leverage. The deck wins either through a massive Craterhoof Behemoth alpha strike after building a wide board, or by casting Approach of the Second Sun twice through the generous card flow. It lacks fast combos and relies on incremental advantage and combat inevitability.
