Deck overview

Kilo, Apogee Mind is a Jeskai artifact/proliferate commander, and the deck is built around his tap trigger. The primary kill is an infinite tap-untap loop: Kilo taps via Relic of Legends, its trigger proliferates, and Pemmin's Aura or Freed from the Real untaps him; with Prologue to Phyresis giving each opponent an initial poison counter, the loop runs to 10 poison. Backup plans are charge-counter win conditions (Darksteel Reactor, Lux Artillery) and artifact beatdown with Alibou, Kappa Cannoneer, and Dawnsire. Kilo doubles as engine and combo pivot; no hidden commander exists, though Tekuthal and Jhoira act as amplifier and refueler. The deck is a mid-speed combo/control list with strong artifact protection.
