Turtle Power! by bjonkers

Format: Commander

Commander: Leonardo, the Balance and Michelangelo, the Heart

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a five-color midrange "counters-and-combat" deck built around Mutant/Ninja/Turtle synergies and the Mutagen-token economy. The partner pair Leonardo, the Balance and Michelangelo, the Heart provide a steady drip of +1/+1 counters and Food/token generation, but the engine lives in the 99: a suite of Mutagen-token producers - Genghis Frog, Michelangelo, Mutant BFF, Raphael, the Muscle, Mutagen Man, and The Ooze - whose artifact tokens convert directly into +1/+1 counters, multiplied by Doubling Season, Corpsejack Menace, Hardened Scales, and friends. The deck snowballs a wide, huge board into a single overwhelming turn: Triumph of the Hordes infect, All Will Be One burn off mass counter events, Shredder, Shadow Master + Splinter, Radical Rat Ninja half-life attacks, or a damage-doubled swing with Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar and Raphael, the Muscle, with Raph & Leo, Sibling Rivals adding extra combats.
