Deck overview

This is a mono-red burn and group-slug deck that converts every noncombat damage source into a table-wide clock. Solphim, Mayhem Dominus is the damage multiplier: he doubles pinger triggers, direct burn, and punishment enchantments, turning 1-damage pings into 2 and 3-damage bolts into 6. Secondary paths are wheel-based card advantage and attrition enchantments. There is no hidden commander and no infinite combo; games end through accumulated damage and occasional Chandra's Incinerator attacks. The commander is strong but not required for the basic burn plan, so the deck remains functional even if Solphim is kept off the board. Speed is moderate, with a clean burst usually arriving on turn seven or eight.
