Deck overview

This Naya Equipment deck leverages Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER to establish an explosive, high-tempo Voltron and combat engine. Cloud combines natural haste with an immediate enters-the-battlefield auto-attach trigger, bypassing hefty equip costs on game-warping weapons like Colossus Hammer, Excalibur, Sword of Eden, and Kaldra Compleat. Once Cloud attacks with seven or more power, he generates steady card advantage and two Treasure tokens each turn cycle, fueling continuous development. A dense equipment tutoring package featuring Steelshaper's Gift, Open the Armory, and Cloud, Midgar Mercenary ensures reliable access to tailored utility, protection, and offensive buffs. The deck protects its primary attacker through Conqueror's Flail, Swiftfoot Boots, and Akroma's Will, while also housing a compact two-card infinite combat finish via Godo, Bandit Warlord and Helm of the Host. By combining aggressive commander damage, robust equipment recursion, and modular combat multipliers, the deck pressures life totals early and closes games decisively around turn six.
