Format: Commander

Commander: Alela, Cunning Conqueror

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Alela, Cunning Conqueror leads a flash-Faerie tempo deck that plays almost entirely on opponents' turns. The primary plan is to cast one spell per opponent's turn, turn Alela's triggers into a flying Faerie army, and drain the table with Obyra and Faerie Tauntings while goading blockers away. Secondary paths are a control finish through counterspells and Cyclonic Rift, and an infinite-mana line using Cloud of Faeries, Snap, and Sapphire Medallion to fuel Oona or Obyra. The hidden commander is Oona, Queen of the Fae, who converts excess mana into milled libraries and tokens. Alela is the token engine and goad source, but the deck can function without her.
