Format: Commander

Commander: Firkraag, Cunning Instigator

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Firkraag, Cunning Instigator helms an Izzet goad-and-Dragon tempo deck. The primary plan is to force opponent creatures to attack through goad triggers, turning their aggression into card draw and +1/+1 counters on Firkraag, then close the game with evasive Dragon beats. Secondary paths use Astral Dragon plus Cursed Mirror to generate exponentially many hasty Dragon tokens, or Aggravated Assault with Ancient Copper Dragon or Ganax/Utvara to loop extra combat phases off Treasure mana. The commander is a rapid, hasty attacker but the deck can also function as a generic Dragon midrange list, with the combo lines providing a non-commander-dependent finisher.
