This deck is a high-velocity Izzet spellslinger combo engine led by Vivi Ornitier. The primary game plan accelerates Vivi onto the battlefield on Turn 2 or 3, then pairs him with a Curiosity-style effect such as Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or Tandem Lookout. Because Vivi deals 1 damage to each opponent whenever you cast a noncreature spell, each cast draws 3 cards. This allows you to chain through your library using cheap cantrips, positive-mana rocks, and rituals. Vivi's power grows with every trigger, allowing his {0} activated ability to generate massive bursts of {U} and {R} mana. The deck finishes the game on the spot by burning the entire table with 40 damage triggers, executing an Underworld Breach storm loop, or casting Crackle with Power.
