Deck overview

This Rakdos deck is commanded by Prosper, Tome-Bound and operates as a high-synergy impulse draw and Treasure aristocrats engine. The deck focuses on casting cards from exile via Mystic Arcanum and low-cost impulse spells like Reckless Impulse and Light Up the Stage, triggering Prosper's Pact Boon to generate a massive surplus of Treasure tokens. These artifacts provide both explosive mana acceleration and fuel for lethal burn engines. Win conditions rely on pingers and drain pieces such as Mirkwood Bats, Marionette Master, Reckless Fireweaver, and Mayhem Devil, which punish opponents whenever Treasures enter the battlefield or are sacrificed. While lacking infinite combos or dedicated tutors, the deck achieves immense functional redundancy and steady card flow, reliably assembling its engine by Turn 4 and threatening lethal table-wide drain around Turn 6 to 8. The deck is resilient against spot removal through low curve recursion and backup engines, though vulnerable to mass artifact wipes.
