Deck overview

Lord of the Nazgul is the engine and finisher: every instant or sorcery creates a 3/3 Wraith, and at nine Wraiths the army becomes 9/9. The deck is a Dimir spellslinger shell that chains cheap cantrips, rituals, and cost reducers to flood the board, then wins through 9/9 Wraith combat. Secondary paths include Grima, Saruman's Footman as a hidden commander for free spells, Sauron, the Necromancer for recursive Wraith tokens, and Talrand or Murmuring Mystic as backup token makers. The Ring-tempts subtheme (Call of the Ring, Birthday Escape, Sauron's Ransom) fuels card draw and recursion. Interaction is instant-speed and counterspell-heavy, but the deck has no tutors and no mass protection, so it relies on natural draws and protecting Lord.
