Hooked on a Feeling (Hope) I'm high on Believing (Hopium) by PinaColada

Format: Commander

Commander: Terra, Herald of Hope

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Terra, Herald of Hope leads a Mardu graveyard-recursion deck that mills itself to fill the bin, recurs cheap threats, and assembles a persist-based infinite loop. The primary plan is to generate value through self-mill and reanimation, then deploy Celes, Rune Knight with a sac outlet (Umbral Collar Zealot or Ashnod's Altar) and Puppeteer Clique to loop Clique's persist trigger by canceling its -1/-1 counter with Celes's +1/+1 counters. Flayer of the Hatebound or Pitiless Plunderer convert the loop into infinite damage or infinite Treasures. A secondary plan is midrange reanimation with Sun Titan and Rise of the Dark Realms. Terra also serves as a compact recursion engine, returning small creatures after combat.
