I have no clue what is going on with this graveyard by TraceAE

Format: Commander

Commander: Neerdiv, Devious Diver

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Neerdiv is a mono-blue self-mill/flashback engine. The deck fills its own graveyard with instants and sorceries, then casts them from the graveyard to draw cards and grow Neerdiv's power. The primary kill is an infinite tap/untap loop: attach Freed from the Real or Pemmin's Aura to Neerdiv, add a mana-tap source such as Paradise Mantle, Relic of Legends, or Springleaf Drum, and mill each opponent's entire library. Lier, Disciple of the Drowned plus cost reducers act as a hidden commander enabling the flashback chain. Jace, Wielder of Mysteries offers a secondary self-mill victory. The deck is all-in on Neerdiv; without her, the plan loses most of its power.
