Deck overview

Sevinne, the Chronoclasm heads a Jeskai spell-slinger deck that uses the graveyard as a second hand. The primary plan is to fill the yard with flashback and aftermath spells, then copy the first one each turn with Sevinne while Burning Vengeance, Secrets of the Dead, Thalia's Geistcaller, Guttersnipe, and Ral, Storm Conduit convert casts into damage, cards, or tokens. The secondary path is a compact infinite-copy kill: Ral plus Fury Storm or flashback Increasing Vengeance, with Sevinne providing the extra copy needed to loop. Storm Herd and evasive Angels are backup win conditions. There is no double-faced card or hidden commander; Sevinne's copy trigger defines the deck.
