Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Naya Equipment Voltron strategy centered on Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER. Cloud circumvents the traditional tempo penalty of Equipment strategies by auto-attaching an Equipment to himself upon entry and immediately attacking with haste. Attacking with 7 or more power draws a card and produces two Treasure tokens, creating immediate card and mana velocity. A dense suite of cheap Equipment tutors guarantees reliable access to massive power buffs such as Colossus Hammer or combo-style combat engines like Genji Glove. The deck seeks to eliminate opponents in rapid succession using commander damage, double strike, and extra combat phases, while leveraging silence effects like Conqueror's Flail to protect its closing turns.
