Dain by joshuaspeaking

Format: Commander

Commander: Dáin of the Ancient Halls

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Dain of the Ancient Halls is a hasted payoff rather than an engine: the deck fills the board with cheap Dwarves, then attacks once each turn to convert every Dwarf into a global burn spell. The primary plan is a Dwarf swarm that turns on storied for Bifur and Balin, using mass token creation to make Dain lethal. Secondary lines are equipment/voltron through Anduril, Embercleave, and Dain Ironfoot, plus Throne of the God-Pharaoh pings. Balin, Loremaster provides a burst alternate win when storied. There is no hidden commander; the storied legends are support rather than a second general.
