Deck overview

This Azorius deck pairs The Eleventh Doctor with Rose Tyler to build an evasive, scaling Voltron threat supported by a control shell. Rose Tyler gains power from time counters placed on her when attacking, scaling rapidly with suspended cards, time travel spells, and time-counter permanents. The Eleventh Doctor ensures Rose connects by granting unblockability to creatures with power 3 or less, while also suspending high-impact cards when dealing combat damage. The supporting cards reinforce this plan with time travel mechanics, steady card flow engines like Four Knocks, and alternate token win conditions like Myrel, Shield of Argive and Divine Visitation. An efficient interaction package of cheap spot removal, board wipes, and counterspells keeps opposing strategies in check while Rose closes the game through commander damage.
