This is a Jeskai time-counter and suspend-value deck helmed by the partner pair of Rose Tyler and The Tenth Doctor. The primary game plan uses The Tenth Doctor's attack trigger to exile cards with suspend, then accelerates their time counters through time-travel effects to cast huge spells for free. Rose Tyler grows with each time counter, becoming a growing threat.
