Controll kitty v2 by user3493648

Format: Commander

Commander: Y'shtola, Night's Blessed

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Y'shtola, Night's Blessed is an Esper spellslinger-control commander who turns every 3+ mana noncreature spell into a 2-damage drain against each opponent and 2 life gained, while her end-step trigger converts a player losing 4+ life in a turn into card draw. The deck leans into that engine with a Wizard/noncreature-spell package: Papalymo Totolymo, the Wizard tokens from Transpose, Circle of Power, and Cornered by Black Mages, plus Archmage Emeritus and Alphinaud Leveilleur for card flow. The primary win is the compact Demonic Consultation + Thassa's Oracle combo, with Bolas's Citadel and Exsanguinate as the drain backup. The deck plays a draw-go control game: six counterspells, premium removal, and pillowfort pieces like Ghostly Prison and Propaganda to reach its win.
