Cascade only by bstone

Format: Commander

Commander: Maelstrom Wanderer

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a Temur 'good stuff' deck built to slam Maelstrom Wanderer as early as possible and convert its two cascade triggers into a board of free permanents. The primary plan is ramp to eight mana, cast the commander, then let cascade chains hit Genesis Ultimatum, Moraug, Etali, or extra cascade spells; haste from the commander turns the resulting board into immediate attacks. Secondary paths use Tooth and Nail, Last March of the Ents, or Etali's theft to find a win if the commander is unavailable. There is no hidden commander; Maelstrom Wanderer is the sole engine. There is no true infinite combo; victories come from overwhelming board presence, extra combat steps from Moraug, and poison from transformed Etali.
