Winter, Misanthropic Guide is the engine of a Jund discard-descend deck: his upkeep draw-two feeds madness and discard payoffs, while delirium lets him shrink opponents' maximum hand sizes. The primary plan is to establish Villain-tribal board presence, fill the graveyard, and recur threats. The secondary path is attrition, using Zoyowa Lava-Tongue and Winter's hand-size tax to bleed opponents out. Tombstone, Career Criminal acts as a hidden commander, discounting and retrieving the many legendary Villains. Combat closes through evasive beaters like Green Goblin and Hobgoblin, amplified by Song of Freyalise and Gruul War Chant.
