Ultron Pain and Drain (duplicated from Knightwish) by user4749528

Format: Commander

Commander: Imotekh the Stormlord

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Imotekh the Stormlord is a mono-black artifact aristocrats commander built around filling the graveyard and recursing artifact creatures to trigger his token creation. The primary plan is to mill artifact cards, then use reanimation spells and artifact recursion to generate a flood of 2/2 Necron Warriors; those tokens feed sacrifice outlets for mana and card draw. The secondary path is a compact Krark-Clan Ironworks/Forgemaster/tutored loop that turns infinite artifact deaths into a Psychomancer or Pactdoll Terror drain. The commander is both engine and combat enabler, while Armix, Filigree Thrasher acts as a mid-game value piece. There is no hidden commander or double-faced commander; the deck is built squarely around Imotekh's first ability.
