Deck overview

Kilo, Apogee Mind leads an artifact counter deck that turns tapping into proliferate. The list uses Everflowing Chalice, Astral Cornucopia, Empowered Autogenerator, Darksteel Reactor, Lux Cannon, and Lux Artillery as counter payoffs, with supporting proliferate from Surge Conductor, Deepglow Skate, Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus, and several spells. The clearest finish is Lux Artillery at thirty total counters, followed by four end-step triggers dealing 10 damage to each opponent. This plan is coherent but slow: the commander, equipment or mana support, counter source, and payoff require substantial mana and only partial tutoring. The deck has useful removal and some protection, but it cannot reliably defend a long setup and closing window against a prepared table. It plays best as a casual-to-mid-power artifact value deck rather than a fast combo or denial strategy.
