Deck overview

This is a Golgari Saproling token-sacrifice deck helmed by Slimefoot, the Stowaway. The core game plan is to generate a wide board of cheap Saproling tokens, then convert them into life loss through Slimefoot's death trigger and a dense suite of drain effects like Bastion of Remembrance, Zulaport Cutthroat, and Mirkwood Bats. The deck can win three ways: grinding through death triggers with sacrifice outlets, attacking with anthem-buffed tokens from cards like Tendershoot Dryad and Sporecrown Thallid, or assembling the compact Primal Vigor + Ashnod's Altar loop with Slimefoot for infinite drain. Secondary payoffs include Exsanguinate as a mana-sink finisher and Tainted Strike for an unexpected infect kill. It is a midrange, value-heavy strategy that wants long games and incremental advantage.
