Brucie Bruce by Spagoots

Format: Commander

Commander: Bruce Banner // The Incredible Hulk

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Built around Bruce Banner // The Incredible Hulk, this is a two-act combo-tempo deck. Bruce Banner is the early draw engine: {X}{X}, {T} draws cards and fills the hand. Once Bruce has served its purpose, the deck activates the {2}{R}{R}{G}{G} transform and becomes an 8/8 trampling Hulk. With Caltrops in play, each Hulk attack triggers enrage, untapping it and creating another combat, eventually trampling through all opponents. Secondary paths are extra-combat beatdown with Karlach and large enrage creatures like Red Hulk; Zhao and Sakashima provide grind and threat density. No true hidden commander exists, but every plan eventually resolves around the Hulk face.
