Deck overview

This deck is a five-color Hero tribal and cheat midrange strategy commanded by Nick Fury, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.. The core game plan revolves around casting Nick Fury on Turn 1 for a single white mana, establishing five-color mana or cost-reducing support, and activating his Power-up ability on Turn 4. This activation digs seven cards deep to put massive Heroes, Equipment, Vehicles, or transformed double-faced cards—such as Withengar Unbound or The Incredible Hulk—directly onto the battlefield without paying their mana costs. The deck compounds this board advantage with tribal anthems like Avengers Assemble!, blink effects like Ephemerate and Teleportation Circle, and combat multipliers such as Fiery Emancipation. While resilient against counterspells and targeted removal through built-in hexproof and silence effects like Jennifer Walters // The Sensational She-Hulk, the deck relies on multi-turn combat damage to eliminate opponents rather than infinite loops, making precise timing and protection against board wipes crucial.
