New Untitled Deck by BUSKUIT

Format: Commander

Commander: Tergrid, God of Fright // Tergrid's Lantern

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This mono-black Tergrid deck wins by forcing opponents to discard and sacrifice, then stealing those permanents with Tergrid, God of Fright. The creature side is the build-around; the Lantern side is a slow repeatable discard and sacrifice outlet you rarely need. The primary plan is to land Tergrid and chain Burglar Rat, Smallpox and Dark Deal effects to take over the board. Secondary paths are drain wins with Gray Merchant of Asphodel, Torment of Hailfire and Bolas's Citadel, plus the Chain of Smog plus Professor Onyx infinite magecraft loop. Hidden engines are Grave Pact and Dictate of Erebos and Waste Not with Geth's Grimoire, which generate value even without Tergrid.
