Deck overview

This deck is a dedicated five-color Dragon tribal deck led by The Ur-Dragon. It leverages the commander's Eminence ability to reduce the casting cost of all Dragon spells from the command zone starting on Turn 1. The deck ramps aggressively during the opening turns using cost reducers, mana dorks, and artifacts to deploy massive flying threats ahead of curve. Once online, the strategy utilizes value multipliers like Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm, Temur Ascendancy, and The Great Henge to maintain high card velocity while dropping lethal Dragon payloads. Combat enablers such as Atarka, World Render and Dragonlord Kolaghan combine with direct-damage triggers from Terror of the Peaks and Dragon Tempest to close games through overwhelming combat and burn damage. While the deck possesses high threat density and strong turn-shielding via Dragonlord Dromoka, it carries limited instant-speed stack interaction, relying primarily on proactive aggression to outpace opponents.
