Prismari Storm/copy 0.5 by user1241457

Format: Commander

Commander: Prismari, the Inspiration

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Izzet storm deck uses Prismari, the Inspiration to give every instant and sorcery storm and then wins by casting a long chain of cheap cantrips and rituals into a storm payoff. Prismari is the main engine; Thousand-Year Storm acts as a hidden commander that does the same work when Prismari is unavailable. Primary wins are Grapeshot or Brain Freeze with a high storm count, or incremental damage from Guttersnipe and Storm-Kiln Artist treasures. Secondary paths use Zaffai and the Tempests for free casts, Archmage Emeritus and Archmage of Runes for card flow, and Mana Geyser or Pyretic Ritual to fund the storm turn. The deck controls the table with many counters and removal until it can assemble the storm turn.
