Format: Commander

Commander: Sisay, Weatherlight Captain

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Sisay, Weatherlight Captain helms a five-color legendary superfriends deck. Its primary plan is to use Sisay's WUBRG tutor to stack planeswalkers and the two activation doublers, Oath of Teferi and The Chain Veil, plus proliferate effects from Ichormoon Gauntlet and Inexorable Tide, to fire off ultimates and extra turns. The principal kill is the poison combo: level 3 Innkeeper's Talent + Vraska, Betrayal's Sting's -9, often fetched directly by Sisay. Secondary paths are token beatdown from Elspeth/Garruk emblems and Chandra's spell-damage emblem. There is no double-faced commander; the hidden engine around which the deck revolves is Oath of Teferi.
