Commander: Ovika, Enigma Goliath

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Ovika, Enigma Goliath is a spellslinger token deck that turns every noncreature spell into hasty 1/1 Phyrexian Goblins equal to its mana value. The primary plan is to ramp to seven mana, cast Ovika, then chain large instants and sorceries to flood the board and win through combat enhanced by Shared Animosity, Cavalcade of Calamity, Raid Bombardment, and pingers like Impact Tremors and General Kreat. Secondary paths use Devilish Valet as a one-shot threat, Tetsuko Umezawa to make 1/1s unblockable, and City on Fire to triple ping damage. Shark Typhoon, Deekah, and Tellah act as backup token engines when Ovika is unavailable, with Tetsuko functioning as a hidden commander for evasion.
