Commander: Splinter, Radical Rat

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Esper Ninja tempo led by Splinter, Radical Rat. The core plan is to deploy a cheap unblockable creature, then repeatedly Ninjutsu or sneak in Ninjas. Splinter doubles every Ninja triggered ability, turning one hit into double draws, burn, copies, or theft. Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow acts as the hidden commander in the 99 and is the main scaling finisher, while Shredder, Shadow Master supplies a one-turn burst. The deck can also pivot to cheating cards with sneak costs and stealing opponents' spells from exile or graveyards. It wins through incremental Yuriko burn, combat damage, and half-life effects rather than a single infinite combo.
