Maybe Urza (Esper) by BrooklenDW

Format: Commander

Commander: Urza, Chief Artificer

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Urza, Chief Artificer leads an artifact-creature swarm deck that uses cost reduction and token generation to overwhelm opponents. The primary plan is to flood the board with cheap artifacts, make the commander nearly free via affinity, and close with massive Construct tokens and menace attacks. Secondary lines assemble the Sword of the Meek + Thopter Foundry + Urza, Lord High Artificer loop for unlimited Thopters and mana, or copy a giant artifact creature with March of Progress. The hidden commander in the 99 is Urza, Lord High Artificer, whose tap ability and cast-from-top ability turbocharge mana and card advantage. The deck balances aggression with a substantial countermagic and protection suite, but its reliance on artifacts makes it vulnerable to artifact sweepers.
